Exchange and Returns ( if applicable):
We accept returns for an exchange ONLY on defective or incorrect products. Please contact us at humbleflex.usa@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your defective or incorrect item(s) to be eligible for an exchange on the same or equivalent product. Any requests after the 7-day limit, we have no further liability.
If detective to be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
Upon a successful return inspection, the customer will be given store credit for the original purchase price from their order.
